(user photo) The mold I mentioned. Bleach will remove it but you'll have to keep a towel in your windows at all times to absorb the condensation to prevent it.

(user photo) Ants are coming in from behind the MBR medicine cabinet. (user photo) I'm guessing there is a leak behind the shower wall since this was repaired before and it getting worse. (user photo) When we requested this be repaired, it was painted over.

I read these reviews before I moved in, but still chose this place due to lower price. First thing that strikes you is that over 50% of residents are from India, might be a plus if your Indian. Office staff & maintenance have questionable ethics. Are they always operating within the law, I wonder' Both washer and dryer are poorly maintained; stunk & took hours to dry - I now use my own. Feels like livin' in a banana republic, frankly.
