Apartment itself is ok and facilities are ok. They boast about fitness center and other stuff but the fact is that the fitness center has equipment which is never maintained. The weight room is good but is only open during office hours at which time most of the people are in their own office and hence nobody ever gets chance to use it. Racquetball court is good but you can hardly find any time when it s vacant. Tennis courts are jus there never maintained though.

The apartment are decent sized and have amazing closet space. That is the only good thing about it. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbor talking or doing their natural stuff in your apartment. No privacy at all.

The leasing office employees are friendly when you come to look at the apartment as soon as you sign the lease they don t want to deal with you.

I had water sipping into my bedroom and the maintainence came and put the big blow fans to dry the carpet. This water sipping caused furniture damage and carpet stains. And guess what when i moved out i had to pay 650$ for them to change the whole carpet. I had NO STAINS on the carpet except that one due to water damage. Tried to fight with them but with no result.

The financial tracking in this complex is a joke. I paid my dues and suddenly a month after everything is done my manager gets a call from a collection agency that i havent paid my dues. So i go to their office and they say that they might have lost my check so i give them a new check. Guess what the cashed the old check very next day i gave them a new check. When you ask for receipt for your payments, they say they dont have anything like that. They would just make a photocopy of your check and you are on your own. If they lose your check they dont care calling you they just send your account to collection agency. The WORST customer service and financial managment ever.

I have been living in diffrent apartment complex since 2001 so i have seen diffrent apartment from diffrent parts of country and trust me if you dont want to go through agony search for a better apartment.

Exact same thing happened to us. Mysteriously lost our rent check. Completely incompetent office staff.
