This place was just okay to live. It was pretty small and the air conditioner kept breaking. On the plus side the maintainence was usually very quick to respond, but the air conditioner still kept breaking. We also were deducted $125 from our deposit when we moved out to replace a section of counter with "burns" on it. The "burns" they were referring to were there from the previous tenants and they had covered them up with putty/plaster and white paint. Why they didn't charge their previous tenants the $125 is beyond me, but since we didn't notice them (since they had been covered up)and didn't put them on our move-in walk through sheet, we got charged. This place sucked overall.
