ever since the new management came in the property has been going downhill. Before I got maitenance same day now it takes a minimum of 3 days. In one case we were missing a screen and asked for one as the weather got nice in the spring. They told us it would be done in a few days, after a week we called and they said it should be at the end of that week, so 2 more weeks pass and we talk to the manager and they appologize and it still takes a week. So it took a month just for screen. The only thing I ever see the maitnence team doing is chasing each other around on thier golf carts, leaving huge mudpits in the grass and all over the sidewalk when it is wet on top of it.

Landscaping has also gone down hill. It takes them 5 days to cut the grass because they cut section each day and they don't clean up the grass so it's all over the sidewalk. Half the bushes are overgrown and look bad and there are holes everywhere if you actually walk in the grass.

Office staff tries to act nice, but they look unenthused or pissed off when you walk in, on a few occasions bashing some resident for something or another, until they notice you and then they smile and are nice and then as soon as you turn to leave the act drops before you even get out the door. Plus, I have not gotten to renewal yet but based on their website my rent is going to jump $100, which anyone whose been to AMLI knows that they do not have specials that is the rate so there is no reason for it to go up that much.

Parking is fine if you get home before 5, but if you leave then good luck finding a spot anywhere close to your apartment. It is so bad people just park along the islands where they are not supposed to park making it very hard to backout of your spot in the morning.

I have lived at another Foggelman property and ran into similar problmes so I think I will avoid them in the future and unless they cut me an amazing deal I will not renew. Definately don't rent here for what they want to charge.
