A REAL NIGHTMARE

This apartment complex has been a nightmare to go thru.
1.- since the new management office started, this has been so.bizarre.
1.1 ground areas are not being taken care regularly. My parents came to this city to get medical services, so we transfer from a 1bdr. apt. to a 2bdr-2bathr apt. Then my mom was having rehab. appoint. 3 times a week , but she hardly could walk in the sidewal ( with her four wheels walker) yes it was because the bushes were so grown, so sidewalk was cover by those.
we complainde for almost a month, but they said the budget was not enough to cut grass regularly.
2. right after we got the new management office , we had up-stair neighborns.so these neighborns were a bad nighmare, first morning they were there ; they have a BIG argument, so we could listen to every thing they were fighting, then Music very loud, car repair, some kind of machenary repair every weekend by my new neighbors. family partiens with kinds avery weeked, so we where able to "enjoyed" they music, steps, and voices.
3. we complained, answer.we will sen a note.they got the note..but things went WORST.these neighbors got more noisy and rude.at leas t=four times a week this male neighbor came into his apt. jumping and speaking very loud, we have lived downstair the last 3 yrs. and we now what kind of noise is ok. Anyway..we complained againg, but staff said."I do not see any problem you has to be tolerant".ok we were tolerant for two more months until we had enough and we decided to transfer to another aapt since we did not want to pay the fine fee for braking the lease.we transfer. so they charged us with 300. 00 fee of transfer.150.00 deposit which was waived for trying to give us a "good deal".825 of rent. and 245, or so for having two apt. for one week.good deal for them .ok we move out.
no more noisy neighbors, bu twe got no air condition, no heater.they have tried to repair it three time in one week and a half frame.with not success..guess what.my master bedroom next wall neighbor puts music.24/7.and the most anoying thing is that the bass sound bothers my head and make me recall my up-stair former neighbor. This is not a place for intelectuals who enjoy quiteness and peace of mind.this is place for.Rock wannabes. very noisy.rudest staff I ever seen, not able to repair things, and sarcastic.this staff member told us the day we were tranfering..I hope you don't do any jumping in your apt, did he implied our up-stair neighbors were noisy'.anyway.
PLEASE.DO NOT RENT EVER IN HERE you will be.dissapointed sooner or later.

From reading your review, I don't know if you had more problems living at this apartment complex, or if I had more problems trying to read your writing. Intelectuals huh? You may consider going back to 9th grade and learning how to construct a decent sentence, and by sentence I do not in any way mean a run on sentence. =0)

I totally disagree with this. You're experience may have been a "nightmare" but my experience here has been great. The office staff has never been rude to me, have always been helpful and nice. I don't understand--why did you transfer to another unit if you were so unhappy?
