I have lived here for about a year and have not experienced any of the problems that are mentioned here. The office staff has been wonderful. They have tried to solve EVERY problem I have ever had, which has been few. They have been very accomodating and kind. The apartments are nice, maintained well, and quiet. Sometimes I wish I was closer to work but I like this complex so much that I am signing a new lease. I don't think that I would find sometime I like this much closer to work. I hope that I can live here for years. Ashley, Jeremy, and Jen have been so sweet and nice. Thanks to everyone at The Preserve. Don't let those who complain get you down. You are doing a great job. SIX stars for The Preserve!

No, I didn't. I bought a house a year ago and moved but they were always very nice to me. I am an older single woman and they just tried to take care of me, I guess. The parking was horrible, though after I moved from one building to another one to get an extra bedroom. Also the walls were so thin that I could hear the guy upstairs snoring because I guess his bed was directly above mine.
