I have been in this apt for almost 3 yrs. It was really good with amli. The new management is very rude. no attentions to maintenance requests. Grass grows so high that it covers the walk way. Answer, no budget. They are renting apts to college student. Once of such example is ppl upstairs to us. They party every night. Drink and smoke whole night. Sleep in the morning. Management rented them the apt right int he middle of working class ppl. Its ridiculous, we cannot sleep at all. AFter comaplaining numerous times office just sends a simple notice. They want us to deal with it. by calling cops and stuff. I have few friends in the same apt and they are having the same problem. This apt is becoming a campus apt. Management has no sense who the rent the apt. We are using ear plugs every night and still the sound of music..stomping..running around parties is very loud. I even smell marijuana when the party is going on. I am frustated and just waiting for my lease to get over and move from this trashy place. Would never recommend for working class descent ppl. This is a campus apt now. Parking is a big headache if u come little late. coz all the spots are taken by kids who come to party upstairs every night.
