I moved into my 3 bedroom in July 2005 when it was still AMLI at Regents Crest. My roommates had been here a year. We loved it. Everything was well maintained, maintenance requests were handled quickly, the ladies in the clubhouse knew my name after one visit, and everything was quiet.

AMLI sold to Fogelman. The shrubbery is out of control, I dodge dog poop on the sidewalk, my latest maintenance request was classified as "complete" without so much as a visit, the employees have no idea who I am despite several visits, and I'm realizing how paper-thin these walls are. The fitness center equipment is missing buttons, the maintenance crew is a ragtag bunch, and the pool is scummy compared to before.

To top it off, they want to increase the rent AGAIN.

Do we have management' I don't think we do. I made the mistake of renewing my lease once, but I won't make that mistake again. I'm looking forward to summer!

Just as an FYI, they used to have a floating manager who was at ALL of the Fogelman properties. If you go to the Fogelman website (http://www.fogelman-management.com/contact.asp) and make a formal complaint but 100 to 1 you will get no response as I have written several complaints with NO answer. Grrr to Fogelman. Also be careful as they own several properties around town and they are all managed the same.

I think you are both on drugs... Did you sign the drug free addendum? I think it has gotten better since they took over. Many companies own more than one property in a certian area. Get your story straight. HELLO AMLI had a bunch in the area and so do a lot of companies. Do your homework jr.
