This place is intereted in two things. Getting you in the door, and taking your money. That's it. Once they have your signiture they don't do anything else for you, so if something is wrong in your apartment, be prepared to fix it yourself! The office people seem nice, but they couldn't find their way out of a paper bag, and management is as rude as they come. A word to the wise, anything that is said between you and management get in writing, or at least keep a log book. You never know if you'll need it. That was a pretty clever response. Nothing screams intelligence like all-caps insults over the computer. I think this is an obvious case of one of the staff pissed off by a bad review. Everyone is entitled to an opinion. And maybe it wouldn't be a bad one if the property was run well, which it doesn't look like it is based on all the terrible reviews.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion, and you don't have to agree with it. Wonder who is so angry over a negative review that they felt it necessary to insult someone anonymously? Come on now, less than 1/2 of the reviewers recommended this complex so why single someone out with such a nasty response? Perhaps this angry person (?staff??) needs to take their own advice and "stop venting on the computer".

I wish we had a tv show that tracked the posts made, such as the first one, obviously made by one of the rude girls who works in the office. It would be so funny to have a camera in the preserve office watching the stuck up biaotches type with their long nasty fake fingernails the same lines such as GET A LIFE, GET OVER IT, LOSER, GET A HOBBY, and so on. HeLlO!! we can tell it is you because you keep talking about how you guys "bend over backwards" for the people. Ha! please! If these girls spent half of the time they spend calling and harassing people for making bad reviews (which shows right there that they get on this site), on helping the residents and not being so dumb, maybe more people would like it there.
