If you need something fixed, the staff is reliable to get it done quickly. Other than that I can't wait till my lease is up. Parking at night is horrible. The units are run down, noises come though the ceilings when hot water is run do to poor plumbing. Everything is just old and run down! It's not worth the $900 plus to live here.
Oh and plus people have dogs 50 lbs and over that bark and don't shut up. Nothing like trying to sleep and at midnight a great dane barking below your unit. Lovely!
