I moved out in December 08 and paid them my final rent check and untilities. The office manager told me that everything was paid and I gave them my forwarding address along with a cell phone number. Now in June I get a lovely wake up call from a collection agency saying i owe them $102. They had sent all the prior bills to the complete wrong address. Now it is too late to do anything about it. I find it funny that not only did i give them the right address before i moved out along with the office manager reading it back to me just to make sure but they also had my address from prior paperwork. Not to metion they are kind of high priced considering the overall appearance of the apartments inside. The fridge leaked on a regular basis even after their "amazing" maintance crew worked on it several times. Along with toilet leaks, the front door not unlocking or locking even with new keys and many complaints to the office. I guess i want to say F@*% THAT PLACE!
