My husband and I have lived here for a little over 2 years. When we first moved here we absolutely loved it. We had formally lived at the Falls so this was a huge step up from there. After living here for less than a year we started to notice lots of things that are not so nice about this place. The trash was broken for about 6 months and was finally fixed when corporate was coming to visit. It was the most disgusting thing you have ever seen. Instead of having a trash compactor to put your trash in the whole entire community was told to place your trash OUTSIDE of the trash dumpster. I am not sure how many people live here but you can only imagine what that looked and smelled like! It was so embarassing not to mention completely unsanitary. The windows have NO instalation. In the winter it is FREEZING in the living room and master bedroom. When sitting in the living room we could watch our blindes move because of all of the air coming in. We told the office about it and they sent someone out while we weren't home and of course it never changed. You have to pay all of your bills here so you can only imagine how high ours was with cold and hot air blowing in all the time. Last but not least the management is aweful. The office ----- are very nice, but -------------- are the ones that do not know how to treat their residents. They are so rude and do not care what you have to say. ------ yells at people and walks off from them. She does not like to be told it was their mistake not ours and she cannot just sit there and listen, she will get up in your face and have a full blown argument with you. She should be fired and --- is the biggest liar you will ever meet. He is a snake and is perfect for the corporate world of screwing people over. I am sorry this place is so bad because if they could make some small changes with their staff then I think it would be an awesome place to live.

I agree with you. My boyfriend and I have lived here for 7 months and have had nothing but horrible experiences from day 1. Not to mention dogs in the pool last weekend. Disgusting.

Oh man this is so familiar! That complex was terrible! I know exactly what you mean about --------------. I've spoken with --- over the phone and he is the biggest --------- alive!!!! Complete jerk! He yelled at me over a mistake his office staff made. ------? She is an awful person. She is rude. She is a liar. And she doesn't seem to think that --------- is mandatory. I HATE THIS COMPLEX!

I would think their corporate office would want to do something about so many people being so disapointed with those two (--- and ------)there are soo many other people out there that are better suited for jobs like this. They obviously have never heard "the customer is always right". They get you to sign a lease and then have no use for your opinions or needs. Its amazing how many people feel this same way. We hate this place too. The stuff you had to say about them and this complex just cracked me up it is so true!

tiredofrenting1984... born in 1984 explains everything! Glad you are moving out... I get a new neighbor! AND I LOVE MY APARTMENT AT THE PRESERVE!! AND I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE.. EVERYONE I HAVE MET HERE IN THE PAST COUPLE OF MONTHS HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED!
