We have lived here for almost three years, we are packing as we speak, we are moving thank GOD!!!!!!!! We live on the bottom floor, and we have had nothing but problems with the plumbing and it takes the matience people FOREVER to get here, They better give me my deposit back because the carpet is jacked now because of all the water that has leaked into it, i mean like soping the carpet, the bathroom the kitchen and the dining room! i have requested to get my carpets cleaned i dont know how many times and have they done it' NOOO!!, The stove sucks, two of my burners dont work and have they fixed it' and not to mention all the people that dont watch their kids, i have had kids jump down into my porch and look in my windows, its been teriable, the only reason and i mean the ONLY reason we havent moved before now is because we didnt have the money or i would have moved a long time ago!! so please think about it before you move in!!!!!! and not to mention that they raise the rent every year when we first moved in we paid 470 and now we pay 500 and if we sayed it would be 525!! ohhh and i almost forgot they only have one set of washer and dryers for one floor and thats about 4-8 apartments, and not to mention that they suck, you have to use twice as much money to get your clothes cleaned and dryed!!

I can share your frustration. I used to live there and the washer and dryer thing was a journey of it's own. I just went around the area and notice that the buildings that face 75th Street are under construction (ABOUT TIME) took them long enough. When I moved out I took pictures of the entire apartment in case they try some funny business. I was counting the months,days,hours, minutes, and seconds until my lease was up. When it was time for me to move it took me going to the office and demanding that they fax my rental verification to my new apartment. They offer me to move to one of their other properties I told them NO THANK YOU.

Well if you have drove by recently and seen the "constuction" that is from the FIRE that was there, i guess it started in the bottom floor, and went to the top 13 apts where runined and all the familes that where there are now out of a home, that just made me want to move more, because of all the flooding issues we have had here ya know, its crazy! thanks for the responce!!!

my old apt was on the top floor of that building. Hahahah...f***ers. They are trying yto charge me $4000 and i have no idea why. I do know the managers daughter moved in after me and they prob renovated her apartment and charged me for it. they also never send me a bill or anything which is illegal. I found out when I tried to move. I hate them.
