I WAS SPEAKING WITH VICKI, LEASING AGENT, AND SHE WAS REFERRING TO HER BOSS AS A CU*NT IN FRONT OF MY 4 YR OLD SON. I WAS APALLED AND I HAVE NO IDEA HOW PENNY WOULD HAVE SOMEONE OF THAT NATURE WOKING FOR HER, HOW DISGRACEFUL. MY SON IS NOW ASKING ME WHAT THAT WORD MEANS AND IM APALLED. GET RID OF THAT -----... IF THE STAFF TALKS TO EACH OTHER LIKE THAT YOU CAN ONLY IMAGING HOW THEY TREAT THEIR RESIDENCE... I CANT WAIT TO MOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHOA! I hope you followed up with the manager or management company or owners. This complex only has a 7% approval rating (13 out of 14) gave it negative review. Can't believe anyone rents there - must be cheap.

I just can't believe that because the staff is really good. And Vicki she is one of the coolest employees there. I just can't believe Vicki would use that language.. I've known her for years before she worked there and now I live there and I have yet to hear her use words that was described in the earlier post. That's just not her. So for anyone else who reads this...please go in and meet the staff and when you run across Vicki...you will just love her because she is an awesome person. All I can say is that whoever wrote that....must have been late on rent and Vicki posted something on their door or Vicki may have had to deliver a lease violation...Whoever you are...you need to move...because we don't need neighbors like that...Thomasbrook staff will try to go out of their way to assist you. (and I have been here 6 years)

I have lived here for almost a year and I HATE IT and Viki is an unprofessional ----- plain and simple she needs to be fired I have even reported here to corporate. Corporat - Alan they do not give a ---- either so gehtto is what ghetto does
