Three Lakes Apartments is a very nice place to live. Its in a great location and the property looks nice. Three Lakes uses National Water and Power Inc. for water billings who has a bad history (www.bbb.org). Ever since I have moved in our bills for water in a two bedroom with two residents have averaged $70.00 per Month, which is incorrect. We've had a long on going dispute with no resoloution. Other residents have experienced the same problem. Local and Regional management for Three Lakes have provided no help at all. National Water and Power will not return my calls either. Three Lakes is nice but has very poor service.
