Good Apartment, Great Price, Poor Service

I live in a tiny 1 bedroom on the top floor. Cute apartment, vaulted ceilings, fireplace, great view, and a free carport - all for a great price. It?s also nice that that they open the pool as soon as it starts to get hot and keep it open until no one is using it anymore. But you?ll pay when it comes to any serious maintenance you need done ..... it will take forever to get service and when you do they won?t really fix the problem.
