I love my apartment, though it is a tiny one bedroom, the view makes up for it. However, the price is a little outrageous. For a cute little one bedroom at Three Lakes you could get a nice sized two bedroom somewhere else. However the rent may have gone down because my neighbor, who has the same floor plan, isn't paying nearly as much.
The convenience to highways and shopping is great. But the service does lack, and the ladies who run the office can be incredibly rude.
Overall, if you want somewhere that is convenient to 119th St. and 69 highway, but don't care about price, service, or a friendly management staff this is the place for you.
