I lived here for 4 years, and every year the maintainance is getting horrible

I loved this place when I moved here first. The managaement was good and courtious. But now it has been horrible and I am just waiting to get my lease to be over so that I can be out of this place. It takes months and months before your maintainace order is completed.

Maintainance staff is at this time all new employees and the previous problems have been delt with and are being corrected.
