I have been here for like 4 months and have had varied experiences except one with the staff where they are consistently ridiculous. As someone said in their review except one (their asst. manager Libby) rest of them are hopeless and are there just to warm the seats. I had some problems which I sent in with their survey and immediately everyone got courteous and issue was resolved in couple of days after 4 months. Probably mainly because they were jacked up from higher management. As long as you dont have to deal with their office you will enjoy it.

Good thing would be to spend all your energies in maintaining your apartment rather than dealing with crap people, who need some people skills.

Work orders have been relatively taken care of faster. I dont like the pet restrictions here as only small dogs are allowed. Whatever you say they come up with crap that laws dont allow it.

All in all a good place to stay excluding the office staff

Sad to say, because of that survey card is the quickest they will respond unless it's an absolute emergency that you could break your lease.

Libby is great as well as the other "seat warmers"! I love all the office staff and think the way you talk about them is not only disrespectful and rude but untrue. What goes around comes around!

Amen. And nobody puts pressure on them from above...Trust me, they don't have the time or the energy to bother with the likes of you and your pesky complaints (Yeah, that's how the corporate office looks at you). And I'm sure the staff hates you as much as you hate them. Believe it or not, you're responsible for how you're treated by others. Laugh and the world laughs with you, ----- and you'll get ----- slapped.

It is the worst building I've lived so far in my whole life!!!The seat warmers are sarcastic and snobbish, many unsolved problems including AC (which doesn't work at all). Everything is old and falling apart in the apartment, don't let the pictures fool you, the building is kind of cute on the outside. Plus, you can not take your walk in the community because there are duck poops all over the place, some apartaments have problems with that even on their balcony!!!EWWWWW!!! For $200 more you'll get MUCH better deal in the same area, brand new building (this one is 20 years old) everything working and helpfull people working... I guess you get what you pay for...
