Please keep in mind this website is abused and is used more as a "venting source". Many people who are breaking rules and being corrected by management (which they are allowed to do. You are RENTING their property and you have to follow THEIR rules!) Landlords are not perfect. No one is perfect except God, and God does not manage Three Lakes. Many of these reviews sound like disgruntled residents that did not get their way and are now retaliating.

I do think ------- had a good point. Treat the staff with a little dignity and I bet you will receive respectful service in return, be more apt to get the results you want AND in a speedy manor. If you can't act like a respectable human being and feel the need bark orders and behave like a Jerry Springer episode, go BUY a house. Actually a TRAILOR might be more fitting for those of you that are behave like you are a circus act and abuse this site and ruin the results for those that want a fair opinion.

I DO NOT think a fair opinion is only about positive experiences. If you have a valid reason as to why you are upset please share in a grown up respectable manor. DO NOT point out the staff by name as that is slander and I am sure embarrassing. Three Lakes is not a brand new property so it is going to need repairs and work as it ages.

My Aunt has lived at this community for nearly 15 years and has really enjoyed her apartment. Not all people are going to feel that way, and that's ok. Just explain why and MOVE ON WITH YOUR LIFE! People are not going to get angry with you due to the negative review and start a rally and march along side of you in protest down 119th Street with signs and banners chanting "WE HATE THREE LAKES! WE HATE THREE LAKES!". It's not going to happen. Some people can form their own educated opinions. Sorry. Let your dream die.

So your aunt lives here but you do not. Sadly, that does not qualify you to state your opinion and inflate the poor numbers this apartment complex gets. We have had valid complaints in the past, and they continue to this day.

If you have so many problems and you are so unhappy... speak up... say who you ... say what your problems are!! It's pretty sad that you have all these "supposed bad things to say" but won't say who you are and WHAT your specific problem is. Kinda fishy... seems like you have a personal problem with the staff or you just like to complain!!! Have you even contacted "-----" the only person you like in the complex to try and fix your problems!!! Speak up, instead of passing judgement!!!

Thanks for the rationality. It's nice to hear someone say something that is actually thought out rather than acting on a hair-trigger reaction to something that went wrong. You make working in this business worth it. And this last person is right. If you say something and calmly explain why you're upset, those "-------------" down in the office would be more than happy to help in any way they can. It's their job, and they actually LIKE to help. All you have to do is ask....but a "please wouldn't hurt.

ahahahahhah...It's just funny that you keep telling people to move on with their lives when it seems you don't have one...what do you even bother writting in this "trash" (according to you) anyways??? I just agree with one thing though, if you are not happy just move out, as I did myself, and as everyone else does when they can afford and are either buying their dream house or even renting in a better place, with brand new appliances, cabinets, and so on... after all, who doesn't like living with as much comfort as they can, right??? Those employees are in the level of the building, unhappy and badly paid in a dead end job, clearly it's not personal with the residents, they just hate their own lives, that's all...So people, be happy and stop offending others for no apparent reason whatsoever...Life is good... ... ... ... ...

This is one of the silliest posts I've ever seen. And by someone who has never even lived at Three Lakes none the less. "Corrected by management"???? ...Yes, I need to be corrected by management because my water heater hasn???t worked for months ...I need to be corrected by management because there are mice all over the building and nothing is going to be done about it ...I need to be corrected by management for thoughtfully expressing my concerns ...I need to be corrected by management for patiently waiting for them to take responsible action. Rude and incompetent management will be rude and incompetent management regardless. Go post your nonsense elsewhere. Or, on second thought, keep posting it here ??? it provides good entertainment for the rest of us ??? we've all formed our opinions about the intelligence of your posts.

Anonymous-I actually live here AND my Aunt lives here as well. My Aunt has lived here much longer than I have. I mentioned her specifically due to the longevity of her stay at Three Lakes. I have been here for a little more than 2 years. I apologize if this destroys your assumption.

I have no problem with an apartment. I have been living here for a year. I respect and be nice with every person, they are human being I understand, they need tanent to be nice with them but what happen if you were nice to them and they aren't. We need to speak it out. The manager, -----, is nice. The only one in her team that I don't like the way she treated me. I have never ever been rude to any one of them but this lady treated me like crap! She is the only one who is still working while any body else gone. I think good people may not be able to take it that was why they left. Manager got oppertunity to grow in her career. That is why she is still here.

How about this. I told these people that my car was broken into along with 3 of my neighbors, I told these people that the lawn workers, that didn't live there were partying till 2-3 in the morning near the basketball courts, I told them about the noise from my two female college neighbors from 9 to 3 almost every night and what was done???? No extra police security, no security on the grounds, I HAD to go and confront the ------- lawn care people and their band of 10 merry men and I nearly got in a fight with one of the girls that lived above me, boyfriends because I asked them to keep it down and he wanted to pick a fight. NO FREAKIN' HELP FROM THE FRONT DESK! So everyon on here that is trying to stick up for these people, live there a year and don't tell me to get up with the office people and let them know because that doesn't work either. Stick that in your pipe and smoke it you freaks!!!!
