I have been here for a year. The apartment is good. The matainance is kind of slow when it come to work order but it is aceptable. I was impressed when my heating broke at midnight and I call an emergency. They came to fix it that night and I really appreciated for the guy effort , he came from some where about an hour from his house. The bad experience was the staff. I reported the ceiling fan was sparing when I turned the switch on. I told her to have some one look over so it might cause fire. She told me that they will come to take it out from my room and not fix it. I had to take it apart myself and see what was wrong but I did not find anything. One month later , I aksed the other staffs about this they told me different story, they acually fixed and finally they send some one to look it. Moreover, the bathroom faucet broke, I called to the office. The lady answered the phone, I told her what need to be fixed I didn't finish my conversation suddenly she hung up. I called back right away but she wasn't there. The other lady answered the phone and she took care of it. She is so rude. I decided to move out. I always have to deal with her and I can't stand anymore. The manager is okay. Every thing is fine but one person.

I totally agree, part of the reason why we aren't renewing our lease here either.
