Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
 
I have been living in this community for more than 3 years. I found out that there is no way you can talk to the manager of this apartment. You call, you leave a message, and I can garantee, no one will return your call at all. I will never understand why it is so hard for him/her to make a phone call.
