I lived in this apartment for 1 1/2 year. The apartment staff(Manager and maintanence guys) are the rudest person I have ever seen during my living in apartment communities.



When I first moved in to this apartment there are bugs in tube lights, apartment kitchen cabinets, fridge are not clean. Electrical outlets were not functioning in the living room. I said no problem we will clean ourself and did, I told about this to the assistant manager of the community. She said I will inform Manager and did nothing.



During our move out inspection the apartment maintanece person charged $100 saying that kitchen cabinents, fridge are unclean. Then I immediately went to the apartment office to complain about this to the manager, she agreed to come and see the kitchen along with their maintanence person.



The manager, she came to the apartment and says " I would have charged you more" for this. I told to the manager that the cabinets were unclean when i originally occupied the apartment(I informed about this to the assistant manager and she did nothing). She says well "You should have talked to me instead of talking to the assistant manager". Ummm... by this I understood that she is un-educated manager and her failure in management.

She was talking very rudely.. and I never seen a apartment manager like this in my entire life.



Once the inspection is done she charged me $100 that means they won?t refund the deposit. After a week i received a letter in the mail that $25 more charge towards the entry way not swept. Well the apartment manager and their guy inspected infront of me on the move-out date found the entry way satisfactory, but they sent this charge of $25 towards the entry way swept to me unfaily.



Overall they did impose fradulent charges over me.



Regarding the service, very very poor service workman ship, once i requested to fix the sink not working, they didn?t fix the sink instead wrote a neat satisfactory survey requesting me to fill-out.



Now I will never ever live in this apartment community or their community branches again.
