apartment lady doesn't remember!!!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
There's a front office lady. She never remember things which are talked. Every time I talk to this lady its a whole new introduction of me and where I live etc.

Generally apartment staff are not helpfull. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
