Rude Staff Manager

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I lived in this apartment, the manager is totally unprofessional. Until the signing the lease they behave very very professional, there after you are a BRAND new person to them. Very rude maintanence staff, poor work man ship. Poor sealants resulting in heavy electric bills.
