My husband and I have lived here for about two months. Problems we've had: broken shower, dirty/stained carpet, brunt out entrance light, shade kept falling off outside light (we fixed ourselves), 50 to 60 ants crawling in through window - they made us wait 5 days before they sent someone out to spray (we brought spray and sprayed apartment oursleves), ripped tile in kitchen - we've asked three times to have it fixed - still waiting, terrible stench in apartment - we've been dealing with it for 7 weeks - still waiting for problem to be fixed - at times we have to air out apartment 2 to 12 hours to get rid of smell. Oven is broke - they've been over twice to "fix it" - still waiting for it to work. Staff is terrible about calling, returning phone calls, keeping you up-to-date on solutions to issues.

If you like living in limbo, if you like living where things are constantly breaking, if you like living where it takes weeks or even months to get things fixed, if you like living where they don't return your calls, then by all means move in here - you'll love it. Otherwise keep looking!
