Older Complex, Settling & leaks, Management handles repairs ok, does little else.

Office staff is somewhat a pain to work with, cannot seem to handle anything beyond a work order. DO NOT enforce their own rules, especially those regarding noise. Asst. Manager would rather make false accusations, pass the problem back onto tenant and/or police rather than help attempt to remedy situation. Be prepare if you rent here, you're pretty much on you own!
Handles work orders ok, not much else!
