Your bathroom ceiling will fall in. The million year old a/c and furnace will break and not be properly fixed. They do not allow any toys at all on patios. No sidewalk chalk. NOT KID FRIENDLY! Maintenance is incompetent and lazy. Do not move here!!!!!

Thank god it's not "kid friendly." No one wants to see your kid's trashy junk all over the place or stupid drawings on the sidewalk. People just need to stop breeding.

I could only wish my place was QUIET. "NICE" wish the office twosome could have been that--they can fake it from time-to-time, but I know the real dark hearts inside those two. "AFFORDABLE" I paid more for an unrenovated apartment than other newcomers with redos. Again...UNFAIR
