The place was old but I knew that going in. There was a horrible leak in my ceiling that never got permanently fixed which was annoying but they fixed everything else so fast that I didnt care. Spacious enough, decent price, quiet neighbors and quiet area. Next to a school. I felt safe. Never a problem with parking, always park right in front, as close as a driveway to a real home. Cut me a deal when I needed to break lease. Very sweet staff.

"VERY SWEET STAFF"?? You sure you mean TREEHOUSE? "NEVER a problem with parking?" Now I KNOW for sure you're NOT talking about TREEHOUSE! AND SURE they'll cut you a deal to break your lease, they WANT you out...they don't like anyone to stay there...I really think they'd prefer not to be bothered by tenants at all!

They have always been very understanding and I have had no problems with fixing problems! Lived her for years. The bingo is the best ever monthly party!
