Lawsuit for mold damages! Ask management to explain risk factor of living with mold.

For the lock matter I called to have some repairs made & they left a message they couldn't get in because they didn't have a key to my place! Where the hell did they go? And what if there was an emergency or I was locked out? This place is unorganized, & if you try & call them on it they have an excuse for everything!!!

Obsessing over this place again Raney, get over it already! You were trouble from the day you moved in and I'm SO THRILLED that the new management realized that you had become a nuisance, too bad the old management hadn't gotten wise to you sooner, but they were never good at weeding out the REAL troublemakers...KUDOS to NOLAN! **note on the image, it's likely a fraud, never knew Treehouse/Treetop to have windows in the kitchen, at least the one and two bdrms I was in.

ok...i'm sorry but this was my first apartment and when my lease was up i left i lived here when it wes treehouse and loved it. had no problems for six months...untill noland gained control first was it took them 3 days to fix my window that was drafting in cold air into the bedroom. then the ladies in the front office were just down right rude..then we get back from vacation and they call me at my work!!! and tell me that i have ONE day to sign a lease or my rent will go up 100 dollars instead of just 50 and i was like your only giving me one day this is it and the lady gave me some story about she delivered it to my apartment and blah blah blah and i was like oh well maybe you brought it to my house when i was out of the country and asked for the date she "dropped" it off and she gave me the date and guess what i was home durring that time and asked her to give me a extension till monday and she was like no i need the desicion by tommorrow (saturday) and i was like ok you will have my 30 days...THEN 2 weeks before we move out in January mind you our heater goes out in the middle of the night and i was like ok i'll call in the morning so i call in the morning and say what happens and they send someone over at about 9 and he was still at my house at 2 when i had to go to work and then i get home from work at about midnight and it FREAKING COLD he didn't fix it....and to top it off hel left a note stating that he was in my apartment for EIGHT hours and so what do i do call the emergency line and its the same guy that was in my apartment and he states to me that there is nothing he can do and that i should put more blankets on when i sleep what an ass.. he lost his job after that but still i left and never looked back i LOVE it where i am I HATE TREE TOP LODGE

WOW after all this time you still remember the detaills of what happened. Allow me to extend that memory. The kitchens don't have windows I mean yeah they renovated the place but I'm sure I didn't get a window in my kitchen because then I would be looking into my BATHROOM. The windows that were there before were crap so I don't know what you are complaining about when they gave everyone new ones. I met the girls in the office and also witnessed to the disrespect from people who lived there in the office. I would be on the defense if I were them but that's just me. They were always willing to help anyway they could but I felt sorry for the way they were treated. I went to that "MEETING" that Nolan had and saw how stupid some of the residents looked trying to have petitions signed to get rid of Nolan. I saw how my neighbors would sit at the pool and talk about how they have tried to sabotage the management. Honeslty I am was annoyed that day becasue I had a friend with me at the pool and we had to listen to that crap. I find it funny that the ones that have horrible experiences are usually the ones that self inflict it and are over dramatic. As for the cars being broken into. That is a concern for me because I still do live there and love it there. I guess I shouldn't leave anything valuable in the car. I had my car broken into the last place I lived at and it is no fun. Well now that I think about it, I guess that can happen anywhere since where I lived before was 143rd and Metcalf.

Mold damage was an issue for me as well. When I moved into the townhouse, they did mention the issue, so I took full responsibility for all damages incurred.
