As a former Treehouse resident, I'd like to give Nolan and its management at the new Treetop Lodge a HUGE APPLAUSE for shaping up the place, making the needed structural repairs that were long overdue...i.e. windows, decks, doors etc. I would've like to have stayed but one troublesome neighbor made it impossible for me to live in peace there...and again thanks Nolan management--it seems you've taken care of that problem as well!

I agree, this comment is BS! If this person is a FORMER resident how do they know anything about what goes on at this complex. It's just management trying to hide the truth about this place!

Christiann, sorry we were unable to take your call today. We would love to adjust the lights in the parking lot for you if they are shining directly into your apartment. I am not sure who told you to get a curtain. We would also like to fix the issue with your sliding glass door. I would also like to discuss the flyer that went out this week. You are right...Nolan did come in and immediatley do some repairs to the property...sure I love how my new windows look...but the breeze that comes through them...that's not so pleasant. not to mention the fact that i can't lock EITHER of my sliding glass doors. The new lights for parking...those awful things shine right in my bedroom window, and they had the nerve to say "Get a curtain!". Well, I do have a curtain and not even a blanket could block that spotlight. I believe they have been renovating our hallway for about the last year, there were holes all up and down the stairway for MONTHS. Then management has the nerve to threaten fees for items left in the hallway when they are the ones that make it a mess themselves. I also spent a month in july with no air conditioning because they tried to fix an ancient dinosaur of an ac unit. They ended up getting me a new one...FINALLY a month later. Rsponse to the decks....they have replaced ONE Buildings decks, and if you are referring to the slats of wood on top of the roof for the penthouse apartments....well, those are just a joke. I have to say, I am in love with my actual apartment....you probably won't find anything else like these penthouses in town...but Nolan Mgmt. needs to take a step back and not hand out a new 'rules' flyer every other week. ALSO...ANSWER THE DAMN PHONES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
