I first moved into a HUGE beautiful townhouse with newly remodeled kitchen with fancy details throughout the house. When I say HUGE, I mean 2200 square feet - 3 bedroom, 3 stories. These townhouses are in high demand, so you better call them early. This place had a backyard with a fence which was perfect for my dog. As a matter of fact, this community is so pet friendly, they have a jar of dog treats in the office!

Due to roommate issues, they offered us 2 separate apartments :) Now I live in a "loft-style" 1 bedroom apartment with a spiral staircase that leads to the top floor (which is the same dimension as my bedroom) and there lies the most beautiful rooftop patio overlooking the Elementary school. That makes 2 patios on either side of the apartment.

I have the office on speed dial. They will solve ANY problem the same day. And the staff is SO MUCH FUN! This summer, there was a BBQ by the pool with a keg and band and a little girl playing guitar :) I did the limbo and won $20 off my rent. They also had a Halloween party.

I have met several neighbors and they are all friendly. Some even play fetch with my dog in the courtyard.
