Villa Monterrey Apartments
AVERAGE RATING

When I first moved in the apartments were better kept. New management and a reduced interest in upkeep has led to trash and broken down furniture being left by the dumpsters for months. The clientele is not very well screened and riff raff has found their way into the complex leading to an increase in theft and damage to vehicles. Children are allowed to run wild throughout the complex without supervision and which has caused damage to cars. This has inspired a sincere decline in the initial joy of living here. Also there have been shifty maintenance and service people that have entered mine and other neighbors' apartments when you we are not there and without advance notification. Or worse, I have had service and maintenance staff enter while I was yet sleeping and I could hear them playing with my pets in the next room. All in all a creepy place to live anymore.

Hmm maintainace not the best..As for the managers kids they run wild true but just because these places are apartments doesnt mean we should keep the kids locked up inside. Parents need to disipline them though in when told their child has done something wrong. As for the manager she is hard to catch at times but she is not the worst manager i have dealt with.
