Well to start off I would never reccommend this place to anyone. This place is a nightmare. I have to admit when we first moved in I thought it was to good to be true. Married with 2 kids I thought I lucked out with a great move-in special and a wonderfull deal on rent. Nothing could have seemed better until we caught on to everything.

In a year we went through 3 managers. Everytime I would turn around there would be someone new in the office. The first 2 managers were excellent, no complaints on them but the 3rd one was a nightmare. Everything seemed to fall apart since she stepped foot in the door. Not only is she rude on the phone but she's rude in person as well. I never would have thought that a company could hire someone so dishonest and disrespectful. One time I was in the office and someone came in to get info on the community and she told them she couldn't because she was busy. The people just looked at her and said thanks anyways and slammed the door and walked out. I was only there to drop of rent so it's not like I was taking up her entire day.

Maintenence was always exceptional until the last one came to the office. My work orders were always done on time and they did an excellent job. I don't know if she wasn't writting the orders up or what but nothing got done.
