I just recently moved to sedona point..cheaper rent and hell i can not complain about shilah. She has her quirks but we all do. I have been living here since about 02-07 and we had many problems with her. When she moved in she did some great improvements on villa monterry, and built s better park for the kids(we need some swings though) We have been through two managers and personally prefer her over the rest. Maintaince though.. (ik) When she first came she put new carpet and new linoliem floors in for us. She also had the whole apartment painted. Now that I am in another apartment and had to move in as is the carpet is horrible and the walls completely stained, there is no such thing as maintaince and from what I hear on this site no one ever gets there deposit back. I am missing villa Monterry so much no these days.!!!!
