Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
Parking is limited if you have vistors. Most of the tenants have a garage w/ space for one extra person or two depending if you have a one car or two car garage.

Very quiet. I do not even hear my neighbors unless they are coming or going...(can hear the garage doors open and close).
