I was asked to write an opinion. Boy do they have guts. I tell it like I see it. I've only been on the property for four months and have already signed a renewal. I've been on numerous properties over the years and so far I have no complaints. Quick response for my workorders and pleasant dealings in the office. Common areas are always being improved and kept clean. I don't know a neighbor who has said anything negative about the place. I would not hesitate to suggest the Village at Lionsgate to friends.
