So far so great! When I was looking for an apartment last June, I found this complex. I was a bit skeptical because the price was low considering it is Overland Park. To my surprise I was completely wrong. They allow large pets, thank goodness! The staff is great. They know you by name and are so nice and kind. The maintenance is superb. When you call about a concern they come that day, and at the latest the next day. The grounds are well kept and the neighborhood is great. I like having my the walking trail 2 because its great for walking my dog. I will say that parking is a little tight and i would love it if the pool was heated but all in all....
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great community.
