I've lived here for almost a year now. A few things I've been really impressed with: The landscaping is great; I really enjoy looking out my windows because the property is designed with aesthetics in mind. They recently repainted the buildings and they look fabulous. The maintenance staff is friendly and always very quick to respond with even the simplest of requests. The leasing office staff is very nice as well. The actual apartments are attractively built. They all have huge windows, which is good for letting in natural light, but when the heating/air conditioning bill comes I'm always a bit shocked at how high it is.
A few things I haven't enjoyed about living here: the carpets are berber, which are hard to clean and, in my opinion, ugly. Some of the grade-school aged kids who live here are very loud during summer, but it's also endearing that they all get together to ride bikes and play. There is an infestation of Canadian Geese that have taken over the lake and surrounding areas. Their feces are EVERYWHERE, and I have on several occasions accidentally tracked it into my apartment. The lake is stocked with fish and fishing is allowed, but I've never caught anything larger than my thumb. The parking can be bad at times. The pool is tiny and not at all attractive.
All in all, this has been my favorite apartment complex to live in. The pros certainly outweigh the cons for me. It's a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.
