I had 10 days to transfer to Kansas City from Denver, which left me to find an apartment online. I was impressed with the reviews, and I felt safe moving in without looking at a model. The staff was helpfull and arranged for my late arrival. I arrived at 11pm, and I was not impressed. The carpets were dirty and stained. I could see clean spots where the previous renter's furniture had been. The cabinets were very cheap looking. The toilet seat was chipped, and the bathroom was very dark and poorly arranged. It had a very "apartment" feel to it. Other apartments in the area felt more like a home. I spent one night in the apartment before moving.

I've been a home owner for four years. Living in an apartment again is a tough transition, but for this price I expected more for my money. I was able to find another apartment in the area that better suited my taste.

I have to agree with this poster. After seeing all the positive reviews, I was so disappointed at the condition of the apartment I was shown. But the worst of all was the goose sh** ALL OVER! Who wants to be stepping in that? They do have one good thing, though - the attached garages would be nice if you drive a car no bigger than a golf cart. Seriously, it would be darn near impossible to turn into those short driveways in a big truck.
