My husband and I lived here for 1 year. We got a special on a 1 bedroom w/den and 1 car garage. It was supposedly a "lake view," but you could only see the lake if you stood in the corner of the balcony. Not too big a deal for me, but it apparently affects the price. The office staff wasn't the greatest. I felt like I was constantly being judged because I was young. That might just be this area of the city though and not necessarily just this office. We liked the walking trail around the lake, but it wasn't much to look at. The pool was often filled with bugs. Our apartment was nice, but it was also new when we moved in so I can't say how well it has been kept up. I always felt safe here. The clubhouse was nice. I did feel like we had our privacy. Parking was always a little difficult if we had guests. There isn't really any on-street parking and driveways only accomodate 1 car. Luckily, we lived close to the clubhouse which had a parking lot, but in the summer it was often hard to find any parking at all. We moved out when our lease was up b/c they were going to increase our rent from $825 to $1050. That was definitely not worth it in my opinion.
