What everyone needs to do is print out the flyers that you can get on this website and post them wherever you can in the complex. We need to get the word out on this junk complex and stop them from luring people in with their crap lies. My apartment has had a hole in the living room ceiling for months now and no luck getting it fixed. The manager is some hick that drives a two ton Chevy. All she does when you talk to her is look at the short fat asst. manager and go "Oh my..." Then you see all of them sitting around in the parking lot all day. They hire ex cons for the maintenance staff that don't know how to fix anything. Most of my maintenance requests are third time requests. They are renovating the property but they must first get the clubhouse done so they can BS better with the potential residents. I can't wait to move out of this hell hole and I am currently working with an attorney to move out sooner. Everything about this place sucks. The pool is green half the time and the hot tub is overflowing with some form of foam' You can see insulation on 85 percent of the buildings and one of the building recently burned to the ground. (Faulty electrical wiring would be my guess.) Everyone needs to submit something to Fox 4 problem solvers and get this place some bad publicity!! GET THOSE FLYERS PRINTED!!
