I had a good living experience at these apartments. Some of the comments made are valid, they do tend to give very little notice before entering your apartment and I have had issues convincing maintenance some of my issues are real.

I have a corner apartment and it is not insulated very well, but I have more windows than I've every had in an apartment.

On the plus side though, it's great having covered parking without paying extra, they reacted immediately to noisy neighbors and the layout of the apartments means I share only one wall with my neighbors.
