Look closer....

I'm trying to be very fair with the apartment management here - they do offer covered parking with every apartment, and they are running renovations now. However, my personal feeling is that the management, after several changes, has taken a turn for the worse, rather than for the better. The breezeways in the apartment buildings are not cleaned on a regular basis; there is a spot on the ceiling with rain damage after a hard rain storm earlier this summer (which hasn't been fixed till date, but I'm giving them the benefit of doubt that they intend to get it done at one fatal swoop with the renovation). I will however recommend that you insist on TOURING THE APARTMENT THAT YOU ARE GOING TO MOVE INTO in addition to looking at the models - the models look a lot nicer. My apartment's carpet was in less than pristine condition when I moved in. I've sometimes had to make an appearance on multiple occassions to get something fixed (but then again, I'll attibute this to changing management). They do not offer a 24hour health center. This summer, their maintenance of the grounds left something to be desired. On the whole, its an OK place - - - you can probably find a nicer place for the money you're spending here. Its a pity because with a little better management, it would have been a lot nicer.... odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
