ONE WORD SUMS IT UP....... HORRIBLE!!!

I moved into Whispering Hills in 2001. I lived in a one bedroom that was decent, just not enough room for me. So, I called to see about signing a lease for a 2 bedroom 2 bath. They offered everything under the sun to me to sign a 2 yr. lease. A free washer and dryer and about $50 off rent for the 2 yr. I really had no problems with the first apt. so signed the lease for a 2 br. and have had nothing but PROBLEMS since. The first 2 bd I moved into had a horrble smell in it that make me want to puke everytime I walked in the door. It took them over a month to do something then they decided to let me move to a different 2 bd. I am currently in an apt on the end. I went without heat last winter for 3 wks. It finally got to be 50 degrees in my apt and they fixed it. This year has not been much better, I have had heat but the bill has been about $75-100 and it is not warm in here at all (70-72 degrees) My lease is up in a few months , so I bought a house and they would not work with me on the last 2 months of my lease so I could buy my house. They wanted $4,000 to break my lease 2 mon. early after staying in this $hithole for almost 3 yr. never paid rent late, thought they would help me out a little so I did not have two place at once but I was wrong. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
PLEASE watch out they try to con you into signing a 2yr lease and then it takes tousands to break they lease. I have tried contacting Fox 4 problem solvers so no one else has to go through this but no one has yet called me back. I also had pipes leaking in between the wall that damaged some of my property and mangement told me it was my problem to turn it into MY insurance company. Once again their problem turned into my problem. One more suggestion.......
DONT SIGN A LEASE AT THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!
