Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Poor appliances. Poor management communication. Poor maintenance. Poor accounting of renter account. Lots of silverfish bugs. Good luck getting your deposit back. Don't live here if you don't have to. You may save some money on your rent here compared to other apartments in the area... but the discount isn't worth it in my opinion.
