I lived at Whispering Hills for 3 years. I arranged several months ahead of time to move into a apt overlooking the tennis court and called several times to ensure that the move in would proceed smoothly. A week before I called to check again and was told "Oh, that tennent was never moving out" after I had already booked my moving van and arranged for my mail to be forwarded. I freaked at their lack of professionalism and they said they would call me back. An hour later they called to say they had an opening. I said will it have the new carpet and color flooring that I was promised in the other apt and she said yes.

I moved in August during at 110 degree day. I was suspicous b/c the apt gal wasn't coming with me to do the walk in inspection. I entered the apt to see a non-swept floor, the strong odor of cig. smoke in the air. The carpet was beyond nasty, big stains and over 50 cig. burns in the living room and the bedroom too. Plus 2 of the doors had punch holes from someones fists with some type of gummy stuff like they had tried to patch it.

I was so completely apaulled at being given such a completely trashed apt. Found out they only had a recently opening b/c they evicted the last person. During the next year the cops showed up past 10p.m. on two occasions looking for the old resident for warrents (oh fun)

The finally agree to replace the carpet and vinyl and they would only give me $60.00 off my rent. Which just blowed me away. On my move in report I documented everything almost the size of a bible chapter.

**forgot to add the maintance staff does enter your apt and doesn't leave a note and all or any papers are slighty moved from where you left them. Also I for one have had the maintance/bug spray people entering my apt and see me 1/2 naked on FOUR different occasions b/c I was sleeping and no maintance request had been placed by me. My air conditioner drips water and every summer I have to keep 6 empty cups underneath to collect all the water. My refridge is moldy.
