Living in Whispering Hills was everything but a good place to live. The first thing to remember is NOT to believe anyone who works there. They will try to trick you into renting by telling you just what you want to hear. I talked to several other people who live there and they have had to deal with the problems I have. It is pretty damn discusting to think that the employees and managment will look you in your face and lie there tails off when you both no they are lying. Living there I experienced many negative thing, to many to list them all, but here are a few:
-Liars
-infestation of ants and squirrels
-leaking AC
-The AC was broken for more than two weeks in August, I called maintainance over 5 times that my AC was broken and it was very hot in my apartment. They told me fixing my AC was priority and would de do within 24hrs, and was told in the mean time to just sleep with my windows open, because at night it would get down to below 80. First off, in that complex you do not go to sleep without double checking your doors to make sure they're locked, and they wanted me to sleep with my windows open, I don't think so! Whispering Hills is not safe. Anyway, back to the AC situation. After calling and calling about it not working, I ended up having to go to the office and pleading my case tring to get them to send maintanance over and fixing my AC. When I ask them why somebody had not fixed it yet, they ask me if had called them and told them my problem. Not one person in that office would admit to talking to me, and said that they didn't no anything about it. After that a few days later my AC was back on.
-you will be stalked by one of the employees who lives there, be aware she is a big blond lady, and is very rude, noisy and spooky.
