This complex is old, run down, and disgusting! They charge way too much rent, because they try to sell you on their location. Their location stinks though. What you're really paying for is the Blue Valley School District. It isn't worth it, you can get so much better in the Shawnee Mission School District and I wouldn't call that 2nd rate either. I think the two school districts are both equally wonderful! don't waste your money at this complex, you can do better!
