I did pay my rent every month, early I might add. Here's the thing you need to keep in mind... yes this place is cheap for the amount of space you get. But don't expect to live next to a bunch of clean cut, respectful people. Sure out of my three sets of neighbors one was really nice, the other two not so much. One of my neighbors liked to smoke in the hallway, my other neighbor had his television up so loud it was like I was actually reliving the movie. There were other shady characters in the area, and some obviously were on drugs. The office staff aren't helpful at all, and in fact the maintenance staff are the only ones that are. So you decide... I hated it bad enough I paid the astronmical early termination fee and got the heck out of there.
